Jonathan Blumenstein

Principal

Jonathan Blumenstein is a principal in the Labor & Employment Practice at CRA. He specializes in applying analytical and statistical methods in both employment and health care matters.

His employment experience includes wage and hour litigation, pay equity audits, EEOC investigations, discrimination claims, contract disputes, and reductions-in-force. He has expertise in designing, creating, and querying large databases. In the health care industry, he oversees matters involving payment disputes and allegations of fraud. His clients include national insurance companies, medical providers, and employer-funded plans.

Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Blumenstein was a director in the Economic Litigation unit with Alvarez and Marsal. Before that, he was a director in the Economic Consulting practice at FTI Consulting. He has written and supported articles for Law360, Bloomberg Daily Labor Report, and Financial Analysts Journal.
