Principal

Elahd Toam is a principal in the Financial Markets practice at CRA. He has consulted on matters involving valuation, credit analysis, credit ratings, financial market analysis, and corporate finance.

Mr. Toam has provided valuation services related to assets, securities, and complex financial instruments for litigation support, tax planning, financial reporting, and decision-making purposes. In addition, he has developed analyses evaluating the credit risk of firms operating in a variety of industries. Mr. Toam has provided consulting services in connection with disputes in federal, state, and tax courts. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
