Karthik Nagarajan is an associate principal in the Antitrust & Competition Practice at CRA.
Dr. Nagarajan has worked on merger cases spanning several industries, including retail and distribution, chemicals, media, paper and packaging, and computer software. He has developed economic modelling and econometric analyses to assist clients with pre-transaction antitrust risk assessments through to review by antitrust authorities in the United States and other jurisdictions, as well as in litigation matters.
He joined CRA after earning his PhD in economics from the University of Chicago, where he specialized in industrial organization.
