Maria brings over 7 years of experience supporting global pharmaceutical and emerging biotech companies on critical commercialisation and growth strategy decisions.

Her work focuses on the strategic choices that determine where organisations invest capital, science, and resources to maximise value creation. She specialises in early-stage strategy including new product planning, portfolio strategy, market opportunity assessment, competitive strategy, forecasting, and commercial due diligence.

She has worked across a broad range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, neurology, immunology, dermatology, and infectious diseases, with particular expertise in the commercialisation of cell and gene therapies and other ATMPs.

Maria is fluent in English and Greek, and has business-level proficiency in Spanish and French.
