Principal

Paul Labys is a principal in the Antitrust & Competition Economics Practice of Charles River Associates. An experienced project manager, Dr. Labys has worked on mergers, antitrust and patent disputes, price-fixing matters, economic litigation, and business consulting cases across a wide range of industries.

With an academic background in financial econometrics, he specializes in the application of innovative statistical techniques to the analysis of large data sets, both in academic and professional environments.

As an academic, Dr. Labys worked on topics related to capital markets, with a focus on the analysis of high-frequency financial data, volatility forecasting for risk management, and the microstructure of electronic limit order markets.
