Silvia Choi is an Associate Principal in CRA’s Energy Practice with more than a decade of experience in the energy sector.
She advises utilities, developers, and investors on strategic planning, investment strategy, market analysis, and transaction-related opportunities across the electric power sector.
At CRA, Ms. Choi supports clients on a range of strategic and investment-related matters, including data center development, utility growth strategy, energy transition opportunities, market and policy analysis, and transaction-related diligence.
Before joining CRA, Ms. Choi’s experience at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) spanned corporate development, strategic investments, investor relations, and enterprise financial planning. She advised executives on strategic transactions, investment priorities, and regulatory strategy, helping shape long-term investment decisions in complex market and regulatory environments. Her work advanced utility initiatives related to infrastructure investment, affordability, and decarbonization.
Ms. Choi holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University and a Master of Management with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Investments.
