CRA assisted ENH in defending a consummated merger between ENH and Highland Park Hospital, two hospitals in the suburbs north of Chicago. The merger occurred in January 2000, and the FTC sued to break up the merger in February 2004. CRA provided expert testimony on a range of economic issues relating to the competitive effects of the merger before an FTC Administrative law judge as well as general economic support to the legal team.
