A CRA expert was retained by a leading provider of concrete reinforcement products to assess lost profits damages it claimed it sustained from alleged infringement of its patents related to twisted steel fibers used in concrete applications by a direct competitor. Mr. Duski provided two expert reports which assessed and quantified lost profits suffered by the patentee through analysis of the four Panduit factors.
