CRA’s labor economists advised counsel to an accredited, private, not-for-profit institution of higher education regarding an institution-wide pay equity audit with respect to race/ethnicity and gender. CRA’s team met with pay-setters and decision-makers, collected data, and analyzed compensation for tenured and tenure-track faculty, part-time faculty, and exempt and non-exempt staff.
