Our client had a unique opportunity to redefine the key activities for its Medical team and sought our support to build a new, strong strategy supported by its cross-functional partners

CRA approach

  • Conducted internal interviews to collect insights on current state of Medical Affairs from both Medical team members and cross-functional partners
  • Facilitated working sessions with Medical team and Commercial partners to develop, pressure-test, and finalize Medical’s new mission, vision, values, and operating strategies
  • Partnered with Medical to define objectives and key activities to support each operating strategy and facilitated cross-functional workshop to align on Medical’s new activity plan
  • Developed detailed implementation plan, including key performance indicators, to track Medical success against plan
