Quenton Wright was a speaker during the session titled, “How Do You Measure Up? Use Metrics to Elevate Diversity & Inclusion in Your Organization.” This presentation highlighted considerations in building diversity benchmarks alongside other insightful diversity and inclusion metrics. Co-presenter Christy Knight shared how Bank of America has used these metrics to help bolster some of their initiatives. The speakers also discussed different strategies used for making diversity and inclusion a priority within their organizations.
