– Role and supervision of the financing of procedures by third parties
– Evolution of the typologies of litigation files
Objective: To lay the foundations necessary for conducting demanding, complex and high-stakes litigation, from the preparatory phase to final execution.
Topic 2: Economic analysis of damages & judicial arbitration
– Objectively reconstruct a counterfactual scenario: a world without crime
– Subjectivization and quantification of individual damages
– From the game of presumptions to the establishment of a causal link
– Econometric tools that can be used for an intelligible reading of highly complex cases
Objective: To promote a concrete and nuanced understanding of the diversity of economic approaches used according to the typology of compensation cases, in a context where standardized analysis proves to be unsuitable (one size does not fit all).
