Abby Holmquist

Over the course of her career, she has consulted on complex commercial litigation, specializing in those involving intellectual property disputes. She has performed financial and economic analyses in a variety of settings, including Federal and State Courts and the International Trade Commission.

Abby’s experience includes matters involving patent and trademark infringement, theft of trade secrets, copyright infringement, and breach of contract, among other types of disputes across a wide variety of industries. She also has expertise in analyzing reasonable royalties, lost profits, unjust enrichment, and international trade issues.

Abby is also a Certified Licensing Professional.
