Dr. Zawadi Lemayian is a principal in the Finance Practice of CRA where she specializes in litigation proceedings in the areas of merger and acquisition disputes, business and asset valuation, calculation of economic damages, and other financial analysis. Her experience spans various industries including healthcare, telecommunications, and banking.

Prior to joining CRA, Dr. Lemayian was Assistant Professor at the Olin Business School, Washington University in St. Louis. She has published peer-reviewed journal articles and working papers and is a frequent presenter and participant at accounting conferences. Her recent research focuses on board diversity and includes, “Is a Foot in the Door Enough? Pay Gaps at the Top of Corporate America” and “The Effects of Mandating Information on Diversity in Proxy Statements: Evidence from Regulation S-K”.
