CRA’s Elaine Wood investigated a Letter of Complaint to the Board of a national nonprofit made by the Vice President against the President of the organization. The allegations included racial discrimination and retaliation and hostile work environment. Ms. Wood provided independent findings and recommendations. She also negotiated a settlement agreement with the parties to the allegations to the Board and assisted in a transition of management leadership positions.
