Chris Zealey

Chris Zealey is a vice president in the Life Sciences Practice, where he leads strategic consulting and medical affairs engagements for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
With nearly a decade of consulting experience, Chris partners with medical, commercial, and patient advocacy teams to develop evidence-based strategies that support product development and launch across a range of therapeutic areas.
Chris’s expertise spans strategic and tactical planning, medical affairs strategy, insight generation, evidence generation planning, market research, stakeholder engagement, brand positioning, patient advocacy, and strategic communication and education planning. He has helped establish and grow medical insight generation and strategy capabilities, supporting clients in translating clinical, stakeholder, and market insights into actionable strategies that inform medical strategy. His experience also includes scientific communications, publication strategy, communication platforms, training programs, and congress planning for global and regional clients.
In addition to leading complex client engagements, Chris is responsible for client relationship management, business development, team leadership, and talent development. He has led the development of new service offerings, supported organizational integration efforts, and mentors emerging leaders.
Chris has authored articles and case studies on medical affairs and commercialization strategy, served as an advisor to student consulting organizations, and regularly participates as a speaker, panelist, and judge at industry and academic events.
Chris holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology with a concentration in Business and Policy from McGill University and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Waterloo.
