Pete Krusing is an associate principal in the Forensic Services Practice at CRA with extensive experience in investigations and compliance transformations.

He leverages data analytics to provide deeper insights and trends to help support project delivery across a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, energy, and manufacturing.

He assists in developing and sustaining effective ethics and compliance programs for large multinational corporations and high-growth companies. This includes evaluating compliance program frameworks and delivery models and advising on the design and implementation of compliance program elements. These transformations often focus on incorporating data and analytics into the various program elements to help drive actionable insights for Chief Compliance Officers, General Counsels, and Audit Committees. Representative engagements include evaluation and implementation of case management technology and development of proactive monitoring capabilities.

He also assists clients with global investigations related to allegations of non-compliance with laws and regulations, asset misappropriation, complex accounting issues, breaches of contract, and bribery and corruption investigations using multi-disciplinary approaches to efficiently collect, process, and analyze pertinent information. Representative engagements have included supporting large multinationals with internal investigations in Brazil and bribery and corruption investigations in the Middle East as well as establishing a global investigation network and processes.
