These transformations often focus on incorporating data and analytics into the various program elements to help drive actionable insights for Chief Compliance Officers, General Counsels, and Audit Committees. Representative engagements include evaluation and implementation of case management technology and development of proactive monitoring capabilities.

He also assists clients with global investigations related to allegations of non-compliance with laws and regulations, asset misappropriation, complex accounting issues, breaches of contract, and bribery and corruption investigations using multi-disciplinary approaches to efficiently collect, process, and analyze pertinent information. Representative engagements have included supporting large multinationals with internal investigations in Brazil and bribery and corruption investigations in the Middle East as well as establishing a global investigation network and processes.
