Thomas Haratym is an associate principal in CRA’s Energy Practice. He supports investors, utilities, and other electric power industry clients to assess key value drivers and economic viability of generation and storage assets.

Mr. Haratym’s expertise encompasses ISO/RTO energy and capacity market analysis, production cost modeling, asset valuation and transaction diligence, and integrated resource planning strategy. Prior to joining CRA, he held roles in engineering design for nuclear unit refurbishment applications; conducted economic analysis for market entry, M&A transactions, and project development for a global renewable IPP investor; and advised on market design at a regional power system operator.

He holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario.
