Andrew Dressel is an experienced power industry attorney and consulting professional who advises utilities, government agencies, independent power providers, independent system operators, and technology developers on regulatory strategy and compliance.

A former NERC and WECC lawyer with over 12 years of consulting experience, Mr. Dressel provides clients keen insights on regulatory strategies focused on maintaining and improving reliability, security, and resilience during this period of unprecedented technological, market, regulatory, and workforce changes.
