Mr. Roberts is an Associate Principal in the Intellectual Property Practice at CRA.
He has over seven years of consulting experience analyzing damages and valuation issues in complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on matters involving intellectual property rights. His experience includes a broad range of disputes, including patent and trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, copyright infringement, unfair competition, false advertising, breach of contract and other types of disputes. Mr. Roberts also has significant valuation experience outside of litigation for a variety of business purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing transactions, and strategic decision making.
