Julia Rowe is a recognized expert in intellectual property licensing, the valuation of intellectual property assets, and economic analysis of commercialization investments. She holds dual professional credentials as a CPA and a Certified Licensing Professional (CLP).
Ms. Rowe’s testimony experience spans multiple venues, including the US International Trade Commission, Federal Court, State Court, and arbitration. Ms. Rowe has testified in several high-profile cases involving patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, theft of trade secrets, breach of contract, unfair competition, and more. She has extensive experience analyzing international trade issues (including public interest, domestic industry and bonding), lost profits, reasonable royalties, and unjust enrichment damages.
In addition to litigation-related work, Ms. Rowe provides licensing-related consulting services, strategy consulting services related to intellectual property, and business and asset valuations.
Ms. Rowe’s industry experience includes computer hardware and software, medical devices, telecommunications, and much more.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a master of accountancy degree from DePaul University.
