Katie Copeland

Katie Copeland is an associate principal in the Labor & Employment Practice at CRA. She provides analytical support for labor and employment related matters, including analyzing decisions related to compensation and hiring, promotion, and termination selections to determine whether there is statistical evidence of adverse impact against protected class members. Prior to joining CRA, she worked at a boutique consulting firm managing public-sector human resources and management consulting projects, including equity studies and classification and compensation studies.
