Taylor Leverette | Labor Employment | Charles River Associates

Taylor Leverette is a labor economist in the Labor & Employment practice at Charles River Associates who partners with organizations and their counsel to inform workforce decisions, assess potential areas of risk, and navigate employment disputes through economic and statistical analyses tailored to the unique facts of each engagement.

Mrs. Leverette’s expertise spans proactive employment studies; single-plaintiff and class action discrimination litigation; federal, state-level, and international regulatory compliance and strategy; and wage-and-hour litigation. She also serves as an adjunct lecturer in Florida State University’s Master’s in Applied Economics program.

Mrs. Leverette is particularly experienced in matters involving compensation and workforce decisions, including proactive employment studies assessing equity in compensation, hiring, promotions, attrition, and performance evaluations. She designs and leads comprehensive statistical analyses and remediation strategies, guiding clients through the identification, assessment, and remediation of potential areas of risk.

She draws on this experience in class action and single-plaintiff employment discrimination matters, developing and contributing to putative damages calculations and statistical analyses used to inform mediation, expert opinions, and case strategy, including in three of the five largest discrimination settlements in 2025.

In the regulatory and compliance arena, Mrs. Leverette partners with federal contractors and other organizations navigating federal, state-level, and international compliance obligations, leading large-scale workforce reporting, external benchmarking analyses, and pay transparency initiatives. She also supports clients navigating wage-and-hour litigation matters under both state and federal labor laws, drawing on her experience working with personnel and payroll data to develop economic analyses and damages estimates.

Mrs. Leverette also serves as an adjunct lecturer in Florida State University’s Master’s in Applied Economics program, where she works closely with graduate students to develop the professional, communication, and leadership skills essential for success as economic consultants.
