A CRA expert was retained by merging parties in the digital storage and networking market to analyze and verify efficiencies related to the proposed merger. After working with both firms to document the calculation of the efficiencies, CRA’s expert presented his evaluation of the efficiencies to the FTC, and they ultimately decided to approve the merger.
