A senior consultant to CRA provided economic analyses to support Finjan’s claim of infringement of eight antivirus product patents in a lawsuit against Sophos. We assisted in determining damages. The jury found Sophos had infringed all eight patents and awarded Finjan $15 million in damages, the maximum amount presented by CRA.
