Cliff Li

Cliff’s expertise in patient-longitudinal analytics, modeling, and leveraging a wide range of research modalities, allows him to assist clients in developing actionable, value-driven strategies through sophisticated evidence and access engagements. He creates robust research frameworks and has provided clients with key insight into payer control and patient access dynamics by integrating real-world data (RWD) with primary market research and other third-party databases, such as formulary/medical coverage policy, diagnostic, SDOH, and consumer data.

Cliff’s work has expanded across oncology, immunology, biosimilars, cell and gene therapies, and rare disease indications. He has partnered with clients in life sciences, investment firms, and policy think tanks, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including brand strategy, managed markets, account management, HEOR, and health policy.

Prior to CRA, he acted as Partner of Commercial Strategy and service line lead for real-world evidence at Clarivate. Previously, Cliff held strategy consulting roles in the life science, payer, and provider verticals. He holds an MPH in Health Policy & Law.
